Turkey stands for the settlement of frozen conflicts in the South Caucasus, Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu was quoted Jan. 13 by Cumhuriyet newspaper as saying.
He said that the frozen conflicts in the South Caucasus can be resolved by joint efforts.
