Georgia increases import of electrical goods from Turkey

Turkey's export of electrical goods to Georgia increased by 7.6 percent and exceeded $21.1 million from January through March 2020, Turkey’s Trade Ministry told Trend.

In March 2020, export of electrical goods from Turkey to Georgia dropped by 4.33 percent compared to March 2019, amounting to $8 million.

In 1Q2020, Turkey's export of electrical goods to world markets dropped by 5.9 percent compared to the same period of 2019, amounting to $2.5 billion.

During the reporting period, Turkey's export of electrical goods amounted to 5.9 percent of country’s total export.

In March 2020, Turkey’s export of electrical goods to world markets amounted to $832.8 million, which is 16.1 percent less compared to March 2019.

Export of electrical goods from Turkey in March 2020 amounted to 6.2 percent of the country's total export.

Turkey’s export of electrical goods amounted to $11.2 billion from February 2019 through February 2020.

From March 2019 through March 2020, Turkey’s export of electrical goods exceeded $11 billion.
