Turkey’s revenues from exporting cars to France increased by 10.3 percent in January 2021 compared to the same month of 2020, having exceeded $305.5 million, the Turkish Trade Ministry told Trend on Feb.25.
According to the ministry, Turkey exported cars worth over $2.2 billion to global markets, which is 5 percent less than in January last year.
Thus, Turkey’s car exports amounted to 16.8 percent of the country's total exports for the reporting month.
Over the past 12 months (from January 2020 through January 2021), Turkey exported cars in the amount of over $25.4 billion.
