New Armenian ambassador to Georgia Yuri Vardanyan delivered the copies of his credentials to Georgian Foreign Minister Maia Panjikidze.

A meeting was held after the ceremony, the Georgian foreign ministry told Trend Aug.19. The relevant issues of bilateral cooperation, as well as preparation for Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili's visit to Armenia scheduled for August 21-22.

The ambassador expressed his willingness to contribute to the further intensification of good neighborly relations between the two countries.

The minister wished the ambassador success in his future activity.
