IRI Minister of Economy and Finance Ali Tayebnia said in Beijing on Monday that Iran is an ideal choice for foreign investment.
Tayebnia, who is in Beijing to attend a meeting to sign articles of agreement (AOA) of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), which outlines the legal framework and management structure of the institution, told IRNA before leaving the country that there are considerable opportunities for investment in Iran which make the country distinctive worldwide.
He said abundant natural resources, educated and well-experienced workforce, and easy access to the neighboring states as well as cheap energy sources are among the advantages of Iran for foreign investment.
He added that foreign investment law in Iran provides necessary support for foreign investors.
