The Azerbaijani government will tighten control over the employment of demobilized persons out of the Armed forces of the country to their former jobs and positions.

This is stated in the collective agreement for 2014-2015 which was signed by the Cabinet of Ministers, the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation and the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) of Azerbaijan. The text of the agreement is published in the official press.

The agreement highlights the need for strengthening control over the restoration of their former jobs and positions of the country's youth, demobilized from the armed forces.

The document states that it is necessary to take effective measures in order to reduce the number of people receiving wages below the average monthly wage.

Furthermore, the agreement noted it is necessary to strengthen control over employers who allow employees to work before the entry into legal force of the employment contract and pay them an illegal payment, to keep records of employment contracts in the electronic information system, to review composition of the minimum consumer basket, strengthen control over workers' compensation for unused vacation.
