The 4th Intellectual Youth Festival "Baku Pearl 2013" for the intellectual game "What? Where? When?" was held in the framework of a project implemented by the Great Silk Road international youth union at JW Marriott Hotel Absheron Baku on July 13.
"I am very glad to have launched the Baku Pearl project, which has its own traditions, features and quality of organization," coordinator of the project Ayan Bashirzade told AZERNEWS. "Now, Baku Pearl is the brand for many young intellectuals who wait for it impatiently every year."
