A meeting on the results of 2005 was held in the Khanlar region. The Azerbaijani Emergences Minister, Kamaladdin Heydarov participated in the meeting as curator of 5 western regions, Trend reports. Touching upon the existence of numerous problems in the region at the meeting, the Minister noted that the reasons for it would be studied.
Heydarov expressed dissatisfaction with restrictions in energy and gas supply. He instructed representatives of appropriate bodies to take necessary measures in order to eliminate the problems in the aforesaid fields.
The participants of the meeting also stressed that the education system of the region was in bad state. The level of the secondary schools in the villages Hajymalik and Nadel is very low.
