The Association for Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan (AVCIYA) has today presented its interim report on monitoring Azerbaijani parliamentary election to be held on November 1, according to the secki-2015.az website.
Head of the AVCIYA election headquarter Maharram Zulfugarli said that the report covers a period from September 1, 2015 to October 26, 2015.
According to him, the result of the monitoring shows that socio-political stability exists in Azerbaijan.
"This stability creates basis for normal and fair elections in the country. The freedom of assembly has been fully provided in Azerbaijan," Zulfugarli added.
Azerbaijan will hold parliamentary election Nov. 1. As many as 769 MP candidates have been registered take part in the election.
Earlier, Azerbaijan's Central Election Commission accredited 465 observers from 36 international structures for them to observe the Nov. 1 election.
Missions representing 53 countries will also be involved in the election observation.
