Earthquake was recorded in 14 km to the west from Siyazan town on Saturday at 05.49am. The earthquake was equal to 5 points on the 12-points scale, the Republican Seismologic Service Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences told Trend.
Earth tremors were equal to 4.5 points in Siyazan, 4 - Davachi and Pirgulu, 3.5 - Guba and Shamakha.
There are no victims suffered from destructions.
