The corpses of 57 from 58 people, found under the ruins of the Basmanni bazaar of Moscow, were identified, the Azerbaijani embassy in Russia told Trend.
The Azerbaijani embassy noted that identification of the corpses, revealed under the ruins of the Basmanni bazaar of Moscow, continued. Fellow-employees, relatives, friends and the representatives of the embassy are involved in the issue.
Touching upon the repatriation of corpses, the embassy stressed that it would be carried out in 1 or 2 days, as identification and documentation still continues. The embassy held preliminary negotiations with AZAL Air Lines Company on delivery of the corpses and expected for organization of special flight. The exact date of delivery is unknown.
It should be mentioned that in accordance with data of the Moscow operative headquarters on liquidation of consequences of the catastrophe, the corpses of 57 people were identified. The same time the Moscow Emergency Medical Service stressed that the total number of the dead comprised 60.
