Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend I.Alizade / The program of Speaker of Lower Chamber of Switzerland Parliament Christina Egeszeli Obrist's official visit to Azerbaijan was announced. The visit will take place from 1-4 November, a source stated in the Azerbaijan Parliament's Press Service.
Christina Egeszeli Obrist will arrive in Baku in the evening of 1 November. On 2 November, the high-ranking guest will visit the grave of ex-President of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev, in Avenue of Honorable Burial, meet with the members of the Azerbaijani delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Foreign Minister, Elmar Mammadyarov, representatives of political parties and Chairman of Azerbaijan Parliament, Oktay Asadov.
In addition, Christina Egeszeli Obrist is expected to meet with the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
Moreover, the Swiss Speaker will visit Gobustan State Historical Reserve.
