Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev decreed to allocate 5 million manat to the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry from the Reserve Fund, envisaged in the state budget for 2009, in order to plant greenery in Baku and to upgrade the design of the surrounding landscape, the AzerTaj state news agency reported.
The Finance Ministry is entrusted with ensuring allocation of the funds.
