International community condemns Russia's stance towards Georgia. Not only member states, but also all international organizations condemned Russia's actions against Georgia after Russian representative made a speech at the Permanent Council in Vienna, Georgian ambassador to OSCE Paata Gaprindashvili told reporters.
"Following Russian representative's speech, the international community rejected Russia's position and proposal and condemned Russia's actions against Georgia and its recognition of break-away regions," he said.
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigoru Karasin reiterated Russia's position at the meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna and proposed to establish two missions - one in Tbilisi and one in Tskhinvali given the reality after the August war.
