Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev congratulated Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiyev and Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on a victory in the presidential elections, AzerTaj news agency reported.
In his congratulation letter to Bakiyev, the Azerbaijan president expressed his confidence that the countries will further make joint efforts to enhance cooperation, to develop inter-governmental relations and to promote friendship between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan.
The president wished his Kyrgyz counterpart success in his activities in favor of Kyrgyz people's welfare.
