President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of congratulation to Egyptian counterpart Muhammad Hosni Mubarak on his country's national holiday - the Revolution Day, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
"Relations between Azerbaijan and Egypt have good traditions. I`m sure we will continue joint efforts to strengthen Azerbaijan-Egypt friendship and develop our cooperation both in the bilateral format and within international organizations for the prosperity of our peoples," the Azerbaijani leader said in his message.
President Ilham Aliyev wished Hosni Mubarak robust health and successes in his activities and the friendly people of Egypt peace and prosperity.
