Azerbaijan plays a very important role in the Caspian Sea region. Your country is one of the leading ones in your region. In short, the close ties between the two countries will have a very good influence on regional cooperation."
The President expressed confidence that the results of President Josipovic's visit will be successful and the two nations will come closer to each other.
The Croatian President said that he and his delegation are satisfied with their stay in Azerbaijan.
"The reason is not only political cooperation, but also good prospects for economic and cultural spheres," President Josipovic said. "Our delegation is ready to discuss the future of economic cooperation. We have been informed about your big plans about investing in the region. There are good opportunities for cooperation in the South-Eastern Europe and the Caucasus region. Our countries have a complex history. Our experience is similar in terms of history. The bilateral relations are based on mutual understanding. We have signed three agreements today. It is very important and will create conditions to develop economic cooperation."
