There are good opportunities for cooperation in the South-Eastern Europe and the Caucasus region. Our countries have a complex history. Our experience is similar in terms of history. The bilateral relations are based on mutual understanding. We have signed three agreements today. It is very important and will create conditions to develop economic cooperation."
