Former Foreign Ministers of Turkey and Spain, Hikmet Cetin and Carlos Uestendorp will visit Baku from May 6 to 8, the press service of the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora told Trend.

Former Foreign Ministers of Turkey and Spain, Hikmet Cetin and Carlos Uestendorp will visit Baku from May 6 to 8, the press service of the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora told Trend.

The purpose of the visit is to participate in the South Caucasus Forum. The Spanish diplomat is also the Secretary General of the Club of Madrid, one of the organizers of the forum.
The Club of Madrid unites 92 former ministers and heads of state from 61 countries. The majority of the club members are expected to attend the South Caucasus Forum.

The South Caucasus Forum, organized by the International Center of Nizami Ganjavi and the Club of Madrid, will be held in Baku on May 6-8 with the support of the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora.

The South Caucasus forum will be attended by about 400 international experts from more than 60 countries as well as over 40 former heads of states and governments.

The main partners of the international forum are the State Committee for Work with Diaspora of Azerbaijan, the Library of Alexandria, the Foundation for Peace, the Ganja executive branch and the Council of Global Leaders.
