Several Moroccan officials, in particular ministers, the speaker of the parliament and others are expected to visit Azerbaijan in October, Moroccan Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hassan Hami said in an interview with Trend.
According to Hami, the number of visits is increases between the two countries every year.
"Three ministers from Morocco, members of parliament and other officials visited Azerbaijan this year," he added. "An Azerbaijani delegation also paid a visit to Morocco."
"The next meeting of the joint commission will be held in Rabat this year," he stressed. This commission is chaired by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and his Moroccan counterpart Saad Eddine El Othmani. The date of the meeting is being coordinated."
