Two new projects in the framework of the grant program of the government of Japan: “Human Safety” and “Grassroots” will be implemented in Azerbaijan. The ceremony of signing the agreements on the projects implementation will take place on 25 November at the Japanese Embassy to Azerbaijan, the Embassy told Trend.
One of the projects is “Reconstruction of secondary school in Artopa village of Astara region” and it will be implemented by the non-government organization (NGO) of Azerbaijan “The world of woman”. The second project “Providing sports equipment to Evlakh and neighboring areas” is implemented by the NGO “The society of volunteers of Azerbaijan”. The government of Japan has allocated $180 228 for funding these two projects, the Embassy noted.
