Drafts of documents on GUAMs transformation into an international organization have been presented at the meeting of experts held may 11 to 12 in Kiev, Trend reports quoting Sabukhi Temirov, permanent representative of Azerbaijan to GUAM and counselor of Azeri Embassy to Ukraine.
Experts worked out the drafts of the Charter and Secretariat statement. Besides, they approved the draft of Kiev declaration Creation of GUAM for international democracy and development. Further, all the documents will be submitted to national coordinators and Foreign Ministers for approval.
