The member of the Azerbaijani delegation to the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE), Elmira Akhundova, informed Trend that the report regarding the situation of women in South Caucasus, which has been prepared by the Deputy of Russia, Vera Oskina, will be presented for discussion at the Spring session of PACE.
She stated that the agenda of PACE Winter session had already been confirmed and it was therefore impossible to present the report to the discussions in January.
Oskina's report was discussed at the meeting of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly's (PACE) Committee on Equal Opportunities for Women and Men
The PACE Spring session will take place in April 2007.
