Today, on January 24, Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on organizing the 100-year jubilee of Prof. Seyyid Rustamov, the known Azerbaijani composer, People's Artist, laureate of the State Award, head conductor and art director of the Orchestra of National Musical Instruments.
The Azerbaijan Culture and Tourism Ministry has been commissioned to organize and hold the forthcoming event.
