Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend Z.Ibrahimkhalilova / The member of the Commission of the Azerbaijani Parliament for Defense and Security Affairs, Zahid Oruj, said that the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan headed by Safar Abiyev should establish the protection of the rights of Azerbaijan Army Officer Ramil Safarov in other form.
However, according to the information obtained from the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan, the Ministry is interested in protecting the rights of Ramil Safarov in the court and the Ministry has paid off all expenses for the Hungarian advocates.
If in the future, Safarov's advocates appeal to the Supreme Court of Hungary, the Ministry will continue providing material support. As regards to the dissatisfactions to the address of the Defense Ministry, it was stated that it is the opinion of separate people.
According to the information provided by the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Hungary , after receiving the decision of the Appeal Court of Hungary, Safarov's advocates will determine future plans. Yet it is unknown if the advocates Georgi Modjar and Clara will continue protecting Safarov's rights in the court.
