Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, sent a letter of felicitation to King Albert II of Belgium and to Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium, Guy Verhofstadt, on the country's national holiday, the King's oath-taking day.
