( dpa )- The United Arab Emirates will be the place to go at the end of January to watch acrobatic works of art in the sky.
The Al Ain Aerobatic Show January 24-27 will feature various stunt pilots attempting to outdo each other in an air acrobatic competition, said the UAE tourism representative in Frankfurt. The stunt teams will fly helicopters, propeller planes and jets in the competition, which will take place at Al Ain International Airport.
A highlight of the show will be stunts performed outside the competition by the British team Guinot Wingwalker . These air acrobats perform stunts on the wings of their double-decker biplanes while the aircraft travels at more than 240 kilometres per hour.
