A trial over military man accused of high treason has begun.
Today prosecutor read out an indictment on Murad Rashidov's criminal case at the Military Serious Crimes Court.
The accused individual didn't plead guilty.
The accused individual is charged with Article 274 (high treason), 134 (threat to murder or causing of serious harm to health), 232.1 (plunder or extortion of a weapon, supplies and explosives), 338.1 (infringement of rules on implementing fighting watch) of Azerbaijani Criminal Code.
During military service in Agjabadi region Rashidov established relations with the enemy and harm the national security of Azerbaijan, including the wounding his friend in the service.
