Today the Heinous Crime Court began a preparatory meeting on the criminal case of an attack on a number of commercial sites.

The court is scheduled for May 25.

Defendants Parviz Musayev, Ahmedaga Akhmedov, Rufat Babayev, Farid Aliyev, Jeyhun Askerov, Seidov Murad, Asif Allahverdiyev, Taleh Pashayev and Rashad Gasimov are charged under article 181 of the Penal Code (robbery), 177 (theft), 228 (illegal purchase, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or carrying of firearms, component parts, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices), 326.1 (kidnapping, destruction, damage, or concealment of official documents, stamps or seals, committed by mercenary or other personal interest).

Accused people, threatening a guard with Makarov pistol, located at Binagadi highway in Baku workshop for manufacturing stone and paint, owned by head of the department of the University of Architecture and Construction Nazim Ibrahimov, stole $10,000 and 30,500 manat from the safe.

The defendants also are accused of assaulting a security guard from the building company  "Parlag 2" Sadig Mammadov and stealing of money from the safe of the company.

The defendants also are accused of assaulting a security guard from the building works "Parlag 2" Sadig Mamedov and the abduction of money from the safe of the company.

The accused are charged with an attack on a poultry farm "Muradaqro". By tying guards of the enterprise Dunyamaly and Ramil Rzayev, they stole the contents of two safes and documents. The group participated in the attack on the State notary office No 27, as well as the looting of large sums of money from cars in various parts of the country.

Over 11 people were recognized as victims in a criminal case.
