R.V.Investment intends to defend its rights for development of goldfields on Azerbaijans occupied grounds, Trend reports quoting Riza Vizari, President, R.V.Investment
Mr Vizari said the company ha led an investigation including purchasing satellite photographs. В"These photographs show exploratory operations performed at the field. We collected the appropriate materials and gave them to lawyers. Too, we sent the operations suspend notification to the companies illegally operating at these fieldsВ",- president said.
Mr Vizari noted that the relevant documents have been submitted to Azeri government as well.
Earlier, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Gusseyn Bagirov outlined RV Investments inactivity regarding laying a claim on these goldfields.
The contract for development of six goldfields in Southwest Azerbaijan, Gedabek, Ordubad, Gosha Bulag, Gyzyl Bulag, Vejnali and Soyutlu, was signed August 1997. 49% stock in the contract belong to RV Investment Services GrouСЂ LLC and 51% to Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan
