In 2006-2007 school year 8,014 seats have been allocated for students in the colleges in Azerbaijan, the State Committee for Students Admission of Azerbaijan told Trend.
The admission of students to the state and private colleges is carried out on the base of test method in the centralized order. 5,080 of all 8,014 seats are free, while 2,852 payable. The admission to the universities is carried out to 49 colleges.
Last year 7,744 seats were allocated for students in the colleges.
