On July 12, the minister of health of Azerbaijan Ogtay Shiraliyev and his deputy Elsevar Agayev paid a working visit to Nakchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR), trend reports with reference to the statement of the ministry.
The visit aims to get familiar with the sphere of health of NAR.
The minister met with the chairman of the supreme council of NAR Vasif Talibov. The sides discussed the situation of the health sphere of NAR and contribution of the Ministry to the development of health in NAR. Shiraliyev visited reconstructed childrens hospital, polyclinic named after Zarifa Aliyeva and central hospital of Kangarli. The minister gave digital ultrasonic equipment to the medical institution.
Besides, the minister visited the medical department of Nakchivan State University and its clinic. In the near future, the education institution will be provided with books through support form Heydar Aliyev Fund. Furthermore, the minister inspected the treatment institution Duzdag.
