Elmira Suleymanova, the Azerbaijani Ombudsman, has been awarded Р°n international diploma Outstanding representative of intelligentsia of the 21st century, established by the International Scientific Center Vector, the Ombudsmans Institute told Trend.
The Azerbaijani Ombudsmans name was included in the encyclopedia with the same name, published by the Center. Suleymanova was awarded for her merits in the sphere of human rights protection, for assistance in the resolution of citizens problems.
