Russia, Moscow / Trend corr.R.Agayev / Congress of Russian Azerbaijanis intends to draw the Azerbaijani businessmen in Moscow to participate at the upcoming Vacancy Fair. The fair will be held in Moscow on 19 September, the Head of the Moscow City Department of the Congress of the Russian Azerbaijanis (CRA), Ilgar Hajiyev, said to the Trend Agency. The State Institution of the Interregional Business Information Centre (BIC) is the organizers of the Fair. We have already developed the draft of bilateral agreement, which to be signed by CRA and BIC, Hajiyev said. The Azerbaijani Labour Ministry and social population of Azerbaijan is expected to attend at the Fair. Hajiyev noted that the false information about cleaning of Moscow from the migrants was ungrounded and had a negative character. CRA has well enough experience and fruitful results of joint fairs held through support of the Federal National-Cultural Autonomous of Russian Azerbaijanis of 'Azerros'. CRA confirmed the information about the upcoming vacancy fair. The representative of BIC explained the innovations took pace in the migration legislation of the Russian Federation, particularly noted that the labour agreement with foreign civil should be concluded since coming of this person to Russia, to all firms and companies attended at the workshop of the BIC. Wages of foreign civil should amount to 6,100 roubles in compliance with the agreement signed by Moscow, Moscow's Trade Union and Moscow Industrials and Entrepreneurs Union. The agreement to take effect from 1 September 2007.
