Azerbaijan, Baku / / Trend /The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan issued an order to allocate subsidies in the amount of 40 AZN per sown hectare, to grain producers.
The measure has been taken in order to stimulate grain production, as well as increase the material interest of producers and provide bread and bread products through domestic grain.
A portion of the funds will be allocated out of the remaining budget, in the amount of AZN 80mln.
The rest of the funds will be provided through unused funds allocated to the sale of fertilizer manufacturers.
The Azerbaijani Agriculture Ministry was ordered to develop a new strategy within three days, in order to render assistance to agricultural manufacturers. The project will be submitted to the Ministry of Economic Development and Finance and the Cabinet of Ministers.
