Kazakhstan, Astana / Trend corr. K.Konirova / The next meeting of Kazakhstan-American commission on energy partnership will be held in Washington, Erjan Ashikbayev, Kazakhstan Foreign Ministry official representative, informed journalists.
"The 5th meeting of Kazakhstan-American commission on energy partnership will be held in Washington on 10 and 12 March. Bilateral cooperation in oil and gas sector, the development of electric energy and alternative sources of energy, as well as the protection of environment issues will be discussed during the meeting," Ashikbayev said.
Sauat Minbayev, Energy and Mineral Resources Minister of Kazakhstan, and Samuil Bodman, Energy Minister of America, are co-chairmen of the Kazakhstan-American commission.
