Azerbaijan, Baku, 18 April / Trend / Results of the second contest Chief Executive Officer - Azerbaijan (CEO) in two categories, 'The best author' and 'The most valuable reader', were announced at Hyatt Regency Hotel in Baku on 18 April. Organized by online-business magazine CEO, the contest of articles took place from 20 Feb to 20 March 2008. The topics of the articles of the second contest were- current situation, prospects and development of the agriculture and agro-industrial complex in Azerbaijan.
Four articles were selected for 'The best article of the month' and 320 commentaries for 'The most valuable reader'.
The Director of the Analytical Center of Trend News Agency, Ellada Khankishiyeva, won the title'The best author' with her article 'Azerbaijani peasants need subsidies'. The title 'The most valuable reader' was won by student of Baku State University, Azer Dadashev. He receiveda cash prize of AZN 500 as well as a Certificate CEO 'The most valuable reader'.
The winner of 'The best author' was determined on the concrete examination of the articles, its contents, topic, quality and quantity of the commentaries made by users, etc. The winner of 'The most valuable reader' was determined considering the number of commentaries on news and articles. The commentaries were assessed according to quality, contents, literacy, style and other criteria.
