The Bureau of Technical Inventory of Property, registered under the Azerbaijani Justice Ministry on July 10, 2001, announced its joining the LLC Real estate technical inventory & cadastre centre, the State Committee on Property reported.
The center was established by the State Committee due to reorganizing its structure and transferring a base of several state agencies that govern the real estate. The center was registered at the Commercial Enterprise State Registration Department under the Baku City Tax Department of the Azerbaijani Taxes Ministry on July 8 in 2009.
On June 24, the Azerbaijani president decreed to approve the provisions of the state committee on property and the state real estate register service which belongs to it, as well as a list of its organizations. This decree instructed to establish a center to organize auctions at the center for organization of the specialized auctions at the former Azerbaijani State Committee on Property Management.
The committee's staff comprises 726 employees, including employees of this organization will number 260 people and 315 people in the regional offices of the state committee. The employees of the state real estate register service should number 80 people and the centre for organization of auctions - 71 people.
Along with the real estate technical inventory & cadastre centre, the State Committee has been commissioned to establish of a status of enterprise and approve the charters of the center of information technology and information management.
