Changes were made into the composition of shareholders of the Baku Stock Exchange. Ag Bank JSC sold its shares to the Caspian Financial LLC, which has become the18th shareholder of the exchange.
Caspian Financial was established by Kazimir Partners - UK based Investment Company which owns 51% of the shares of new company and local bank - AG Bank which owns 49% of Caspian Financial.
The Company was established to provide customers with the brokerage services on domestic and foreign securities markets, investment banking and asset management services.
Caspian Financial LLC has got brokerage license from State Committee under Securities of the Republic of Azerbaijan on May 14, 2009.
