Prices on foodstuffs and services rose 0.8 percent in July compared to June and increased 3.1 percent compared to January to July 2008, the State Statistics Committee said.
Prices on foodstuffs fell 0.9 percent, non-foods 0.2 percent, while service tariffs rose by 6.4 percent.
Compared to January to July 2008, prices on foodstuffs increased 1.1 percent, non-foods 5.2 percent and service tariffs 5.9 percent.
In July, basic index of consumer prices (fruits and vegetables) which are subject to seasonal changes and prices of which are regulated by the government, was 99.4 percent and in January to July 106.2 percent compared to the same period of 2008.
