German IABG GmbH company providing services for spacecrafts assembly and testing opens permanent representative office in Kazakh city of Astana, Kazinform reported.
IABG and Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary company under Kazcosmos started to cooperate a few years ago, since the implementation of the Kazakh-French project on building of the spacecraft assembly and testing complex in Astana.
It is expected that Kazakhstan Garysh Sapary and IABG heads will sign another contract for cooperation today.
IABG was founded as a central analysis and testing organization for the aeronautics industry and the Defense Ministry in 1961 as part of an initiative by the German government. Today, it is a leading European technology and science service provider.
