The export of Turkish goods to Azerbaijan amounted to $250.3 million in August 2013 compared to $213.5 million for the same month of last year, the report of the Turkish Council of Exporters said today.
Thus, Azerbaijan's share in Turkey's exports amounted to 1.2 percent.
The range of goods exported by Turkey to Azerbaijan ( including the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic ) consists of wood products (worth $ 33.7 million), cement ($13.7 million), gems and jewelery ($8.4 million), iron and steel products ($ 5.9 million), non-ferrous metals ( $ 7.2 million), leather goods ($1 million, other products ($410,000), electricity ($ 25.5 million), carpets ($4 million) , chemical products ($ 44.7 million), machinery ($15.6 million), textiles ( $1.5 million).
The largest export of Turkish goods fell to Germany - $992 million, Iraq - $866 million and Great Britain - $618 million in August 2013.
