Prior to the opening of tender proposals envelopes, based on the presented qualification documents, the tender commission conducts qualification selection of applicants.
Envelopes with the qualifying documents and tender proposals are accepted daily from 9:00 to 18:00 (Tashkent time) up until the day of September 26, 2017.
The documents are presented in person and are handed over signed to the "Toshkenttenderkonsalting," or sent by courier.
The tender commission's meeting is scheduled to be held on the next day after the deadline for the submission of the bids.
