The implementation of the program on development of the Azerbaijani industry, which is under preparation of the Azerbaijani Industry and Energy Ministry, will depend on some factors, including, lawmaking, work of fiscal establishments, tax legislation, establishment of favorable regime for attraction of foreign investments, Natig Aliyev, the Industry and Energy Minister, told Trend . The same time it is necessary to take into consideration issues of competitiveness and defense of the local market.
The Ministry is involved in unification of the program with other Ministries and establishments of the country. Besides, the Ministry appreciate resource base of the country. It is a very important factor, as use of import raw material maybe very dangerous and subordinate production, he said.
The Industry and Energy Ministry in the cooperation with the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry are involved in preparation of cadastre of mineral deposits. As a result of it the list of all mineral deposits, which maybe used in the production, will be drawn up. The same time foreign companies maybe also attracted to exploration of the fields.
The work is carried out in all directions during preparation of the program.
