Azerbaijani state lottery company Azerlotereya OJSC completed 2018 with a net annual profit of 3.232 million manats, while 2017 was completed with a profit of 1.22 million manats, Trend reports referring to the financial report of the lottery company.
The company's profit increased by 2.6 times over a year.
According to the financial report, the total profit of the company amounted to 3.645 million manats (a 4.5-fold increase) and was formed on the base of trading income of 40.553 million manats (55 percent increase) and a deduction of the cost of products in the amount of 36.908 million manats (45.5 percent increase).
The volume of financial income amounted to 395,000 manats. Thus, the profit of the company before the deduction of income tax amounted to 4.039 million manats, which is 2.514 million manats more than in 2017.
Income tax amounted to 807,000 manats - 2.6 times more than in the previous reported period.
