Azerbaijan IT-company Ultra has completed a project of automation of accounting and sale of insurance policies to the Azersıgorta Company, the Ultra Company said.
The company has developed and installed software "Accounting and sale of insurance policies" on the basis of the platform "1C Enterprise 8.1", which will allow insurance companies to manage sales of all types of insurance in order to automate the sale of insurance policies.
The main used modules of the created system are: accounting of insurance contracts, settling losses, mutual settlement with contractors, insurance accountability, direct losses settlement, private insurance, centralized control of payments and management accountability.
Data is exchanged via the Internet or e-mail and by using removable media drive. Additionally it is envisaged consolidate accounting data and other indicators in the Microsoft Excel format.
