The Azerbaijani postal operator Azerpoct is to open a post office in Khankendi in the Khojali region, Azerpoct Deputy Director General Subhan Kazimov told Trend.
Kazimov said the official opening of the post office is expected to be held in the Nizami district of Baku next week.
"AZ2600 index was assigned to the post office," Kazimov said.
The new post office will offer traditional postal services and financial services.
Today, the total number of Azerpoct branches and post offices exceeds 1,600.
