Azercell Telecom supported yet another new project - Baku TechTalks, aimed at experience exchange between programmers of Barama Innovation Center and Baku Google Developers Group. The ultimate goal of the project is to share valuable and interesting ICT related information with young programmers. Two sessions Mobile App Talks and Startup Talks have been already held on August 4th and September 2nd respectively. The events featured experts from business, information and communication technologies sectors.

The next event, where the participants discussed Web Talks, has taken place on September 9th. Prominent experts of this field, as well as Azercell's ICT staff shared their best practices with the programmers. Adil Aliyev, a programmer, spoke of HTTP, webserver and CGI. Elvin Afandiyev briefed on a programming language Ruby (ROR), and Turan Rustamli elaborated on Cloud technologies. There was an interesting discussion on the potential of using Cloud technologies in Azerbaijan.

Azercell Telecom LLC was founded in 1996 and since the first years gained a leading position on the market. By the end of 2011 the number of Azercell's subscribers reached 4 million 220 thousand people. In 2011 Azercell started to provide 3G and in 2012 4G services.
