By decision of Tariff Councils Board dated April 12, 2006 new tariffs for separation and use of telecommunication network numbers and ISP services are introduced in May. Trend reports with reference to release of the Ministry of Communications and IT, Tariff Council accounted for foreign countries experience and necessity in numbers while drawing up the design.
As per the law В"TelecommunicationsВ", numbers belong to the government and are issued on paid basis for specified period of time according to the agreement between executive power and service providers o ISP-companies.
