The Khazar Consortium, consisting of Turkmenistan's state oil concern Turkmennebit and Mitro International Limited, has announced a tender for carrying out hydraulic fracturing operations in five wells of the lower red-color stratum.
The work will be carried out on the contractual territory "Khazar" of East Cheleken field, Balkan region, Turkmenistan.
The deadline for submitting tender documents is Nov.14, 2018.
The participation fee is $250.
