The Committee for Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic (MIID) of Kazakhstan continues to work on the digitalization and automation of the construction industry as part of the instruction of the head of state on the digitalization of the construction industry, Trend reports.
One of the innovations is the E-Qurylys system, which made it possible to pull together and convert into electronic format all construction registers, reporting, testing of technical supervision and maintenance of executive documentation.
The maintenance of executive documentation in the E-Qurylys system implies a complete rejection of paper document management.
Deviations from the project, equally the reassessment of the work done and the acceptance of work not completed, are not allowed, since all of these activities are digitized. All acts of activities are drawn up automatically on the basis of completed logs and recorded actions.
All construction registers have already been loaded into the system at the moment, the procedure for making changes and additions to the registers for technical supervision and inspection, also registers of engineering and technical workers and expert organizations have been fully automated.
The innovation allows participants in the construction market to independently make changes to the registers. Moreover, this can now be done within one day and not within 15 days, as it was before. Appropriate changes can be made by the employer and the recipient of the work using the digital signature and without the intervention of the committee's specialists.
Meanwhile, E-Qurylys system allows checking how experts know building codes. The system automatically verifies the specialist being examined and excludes the facts of substitution of the user and test results during the exam.
